Making the intentional transition from baby-butt-smooth skin to facial hair is a milestone every young man reaches in his life. And often the move is premature. As is the case with Justin Bieber and his new 'stache, which is really just a re-creation of his old 'stache, which was equally as crusty. The 19-year-old Bieber showed up to Fashion Week in New York sporting the new mustache, which you can juuuuuust sort of make out if you're using the Hubble Telescope:
