Sofia Vergara was just a teenager when she was first discovered and it's not hard to see why she was picked out of a crowd. "I was 17. I was at the beach with my parents and some scout asked to take a Polaroid of me," Vergara recently told E! about how she stumbled into stardom. The 41-year-old actress shared a photo of herself as a girl for an E! special about "Modern Family" and the show's cast that aired Sunday night. In one picture, Vergara can be seen as a fresh-faced youngster with long flowing hair and thick eyebrows. Although she was dressed in a dated striped jumper, there is no denying the Colombian stunner was a natural beauty. The scout must have been a good one because that same year Vergara scored her very first Pepsi commercial. In the ad, she strips down to a skimpy purple bikini while walking on a hot beach trying to get a bottle of the soda. THEN:
