The 32-year-old actress wore a floral-accented white crop top with a bold, technicolor maxi skirt that displayed her keen sense of style. She paired the look with an elegant updo, understated jewelry and a black clutch.
Richie, who is on the board of the charity, was joined by her husband, Good Charlotte lead singer Joel Madden.
