Just a week after Ke$ha entered a treatment facility for an eating disorder, her mother has checked herself into rehab too.
Pebe Sebert, 57, confirmed to People that she will be seeking treatment at the same Chicago-area center as Ke$ha, saying, "I'm checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha's urging."
Earlier this week, Sebert spoke out about Ke$ha's producer, Dr. Luke, accusing him of calling the 26-year-old singer a "refrigerator" and putting pressure on her to lose weight. Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, vehemently denied the claims.
"This whole Dr. Luke thing has almost torn our family apart and taken over my life," Sebert added to People, "and Ke$ha wants me to heal along with her."
Ke$ha checked into rehab on Jan. 3, revealing she is "seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am." Reportedly, she is battling bulimia.
