After dying her hair nearly every color of the rainbow, it was only a matter of time before Katy Perry would choose "slime green" as the next hue du jour.
And now that spring has technically sprung, green would seem to be a fitting choice for the season, but only if you're Katy Perry.
"I've wanted to go slime green for a long time," the 29-year-old singer told E! News at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles' 35th Anniversary Gala on March 29. "It's spring time and I think it's time to freshen up my look."
And Perry kept her word. On April 7, the "Birthday" singer posted a new photo to Instagram revealing her new slime green and black tresses, which she captioned, "SLIME GREEN FOR SPRING by my bb's @neeenaboo & @brantmayfield at the @mcmillansalon."
