Bad Rabbits' 'Better Days' Is The Underdog's New Funk Rock Anthem

After releasing their debut LP, "American Love," in 2013, and reimagining severals tracks from that album and 2009's "Stick Up Kids," on the "Dusted" EP earlier this year, Bad Rabbits is preparing for a 2015 sophomore album. HuffPost Entertainment is proud to premiere the band's new single, "Better Days."

Setting aside their typical themes of booties and general sex-positivity, Bad Rabbits drop an electrifying anthem of optimism, soaked in a bouncy soundtrack that can best be defined as a healthy dose of tropical sunshine.

"'Better Days' is a song for the underdogs," drummer Sheel Davé told HuffPost Entertainment. "We wanted the song to represent the light at the end of the tunnel: popping corks & victory dances, per se. We feel we got there with the help of longtime friend and songwriter Ryan Hunter [formerly of Envy on the Coast], as well as with the help of producer David Kahne [Lana Del Ray, Sublime]. Picture yourself in a flock of sardined, emotionless people using public transit and you notice one person in the midst of it all, smiling with headphones on. That person is probably listening to this song."

Bad Rabbits hits the road on Tuesday, touring across the whole United States, with a few stops in Canada, sharing the stage with Allen Stone on numerous dates. You can check out the dates below and purchase tickets on their website.
