Andrew Rannells recalled his experience shooting an onscreen handjob for a scene in a new episode of "Girls" during an interview with Seth Meyers this week.
The actor, who recently wrapped a run on Broadway in "Hedwig and the Angry Inch," told Meyers, "My first reaction to that was, 'Who gives a handjob?'"
He went on to note, "To be respectful, I kept my hand a safe distance from his privates, but when I saw it at the premiere, you can see my hand coming up, so it looks like he has a two-foot [penis]. It's absurd."
Both Rannells and his male co-star hailed from Omaha, leading the pair to share some tongue-in-cheek speculation over whether or not news of their scene would make the local newspaper.
The 36-year-old actor made headlines earlier this week when it appeared he and "Girls" co-star Lena Dunham were mistaken for "Liza Minnelli and Guest" on E! News. It was later revealed the apparent gaffe was a joke, courtesy of "The Soup."
