Before he was a worldwide success, Steve Irwin was talking about animals on Australian TV. And like his hit show "The Crocodile Hunter," things didn't always go as planned.
In one particular clip making its rounds on the Internet, Irwin is introducing the audience to a seemingly harmless python. The snake obviously isn't listening, however, and it promptly bites him on the neck. Then Irwin does something amazing. Rather than completely freak out like any normal person, in classic "Crocodile Hunter" fashion, Irwin asks for the camera operator to get a close up.
It's been almost a decade since Irwin died, but clips like this remind us just why we loved this Crocodile Hunter in the first place.
