Golden Globe Awards 2014: Nominees Announced For 71st Annual Golden Globes

Nominees for the Golden Globe Awards 2014 ceremony were announced on Thursday morning by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The Golden Globes honor the year's best in film and television, split into the genres of comedy (or musical) and drama.

It was expected that this year's Golden Globe nominations would be led by films such as "12 Years A Slave," "Gravity" and "American Hustle," and television series such as "Breaking Bad," "Game of Thrones" and "Modern Family."

Last year, "Argo" and "Les Miserables" were named top films by the Golden Globes, while "Homeland" and "Girls" drew television honors.

The full list of Golden Globe award nominees will be available below, immediately following the announcement. The 71st annual Golden Globe Awards will be held on Jan. 12, 2014. Tina Fey and Amy Poehler will act as hosts for the evening, just as they did at the 2013 Golden Globes ceremony.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
