If 'Star Wars' Was An '80s Anime, It Would Look Like This

We all know that "Star Wars" has plenty of Japanese influence, from borrowing its plot from Kurosawa films to the name "Obi-Wan Kenobi." But the folks over at Nacho Punch went into hyperdrive with this parody of "Star Wars" as an '80s anime, in the style of "Dragon Ball" and "Voltron" (with some "Power Rangers" thrown in).



The idea of "Star Wars" anime/manga is hardly a new one, but this one fully embraces both the style and the more outlandish touches of '80s anime to make something that will be enjoyed by anime and "Star Wars" fans alike.
