If you flag down a mint green ice cream truck on the streets of California, you'll probably be greeted by a former "Baywatch" beauty. Nicole Eggert, who starred on "Baywatch" from 1991 to 2001, has a new career, you guessed it, driving an ice cream truck.
The 42-year-old mother-of-two recently launched Scoops, an ice cream shop on wheels, serving up ice cream cones and candies. Eggert shared photos of her unique ride via Twitter:

Sadly, Eggert's new gig isn't always sweet. Is there anything sadder than perfectly good ice cream gone to waste?
Well, okay, wasted Chipotle is pretty sad too.
