She paired the dress, which featured a white underlay, with black pumps and loose, wavy hair.
She took home the Movie Performance of the Year Award, Actress for her role in "Cake" playing a woman suffering from chronic pain. It's the first film-acting prize of her 25-year career, The Hollywood Reporter noted. In her acceptance speech, she called the movie "a labor of love."
